Cleanse any remaining Step 1 cream.

Help wrap lashes onto the shield easily — no glue or balm needed.

Please note: Use this cream after Step 1 only. It isn’t sticky like lash lift glue, so it’s not suitable for wrapping lashes before Step 1.

Pro Tips:

If you’re finding it difficult to wrap the lashes onto the lifting shield using this cream, it may indicate that Step 1 hasn’t fully processed yet. Leave the Step 1 cream on for a few extra minutes, then try again.
For damaged lashes, leave this cream on for 3 minutes after treatment to provide deeper hydration and nourishment.

When will my order be shipped?

If you place an order before the cut-off time (12pm AEST), it will be processed and shipped that same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays) from our warehouse in Melbourne.

How long will my shipment take to arrive?

Domestic orders (AUS) are shipped via express post and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Re;Set FAQs

How long does the Re;Set System last?

When stored correctly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity, all steps will last for up to 3 years unopened.

Once opened:

Re;Lax and Re;Form: Use within 3 months.
Re;Vive and Re;Fine: Use within 6 months.

Always switch off the cap at the bottom of the syringe and keep it tightly closed to prevent air exposure.

How many treatments can I get from one bottle?

Re;Lax and Re;Form:
Lash Lift: approximately 30 treatments, depending on the amount used and lash length, thickness and resistance.
Brow Lamination: approximately 20 treatments, as brows typically require more product.
Re;Fine and Re;Vive: A little goes a long way—these products last even longer since only a small amount is needed per service.

Can I use Re;Fine and Re;Vive with other products?

Yes, Re;Fine and Re;Vive can be used with other brands’ solutions. However, for optimal performance and synergy, we recommend using them with our Re;Lax and Re;Form, as they are designed to complement each other perfectly.

For Re;Vive, do I need to wipe it off before Step 2?

No. If you’ve applied only a small amount, there’s no need to wipe it off—it won’t affect the processing of Step 2.

What’s the best ratio for using Re;Fine?

We recommend a 20:80 ratio of Re;Fine to Re;Lax or Re;Form.

If you prefer a thicker consistency, increase the Re;Fine ratio slightly, but remember: thicker mixtures take a bit longer to penetrate the hair shaft, so you may need to extend the processing time slightly.
