If you place an order before the cut-off time (11am AEST) it will be processed and shipped that same day, otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day.

We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays).

Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where it is at all times.

If you have any questions regarding the estimated delivery timeframe of your order, we highly recommend that you contact the courier company. If you have further questions about your tracking or haven’t received the tracking email please contact us at admin@lashjungle.com

We aim to pack and ship out your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, send us an email at admin@lashjungle as soon as possible with your order number.

We’ll try our best to accommodate your request but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

We restock our items on a regular basis.

So you don't miss out next time, select the style and size you would like on the product page and then hit the 'Notify Me When Back In Stock' button that appears.  Enter your email to be notified as soon as the product is available for purchase again.

Lash Jungle is an online store which means unfortunately we don’t have a physical store to visit.
