We are dedicated to ensuring that your experience with us is seamless and enjoyable, especially when it comes to shipping. That's why we have partnered with Australia Post & DHL Express to provide you with the best delivery experience possible.

Daily Cut-off Time

If you place an order before the cut-off time of 12pm (AEST), it will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding VIC public holidays.

Please note: The estimated shipping times are provided as a guide, and while we strive to meet them, we cannot guarantee delivery within these exact time frames. 

All orders that fall below the free shipping threshold will incur shipping charges based on the total weight of the order. The full shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once your country and address have been entered.

Domestic Orders (Australia) 🇦🇺

  • All orders are shipped via Express Post.
  • Shipping time: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders over 200 AUD will have Free Express Shipping.

*Exception: Due to their heavy weight, the Foldable LED Lash Light & Half Moon Light will be shipped with Standard Shipping. 

US Orders 🇺🇸

  • All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
  • Shipping time: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders over 129 USD will have Free Express Shipping.

New Zealand Orders 🇳🇿

  • All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
  • Shipping time: 1-4 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders over 250 NZD will have Free Express Shipping.

International Orders 🌎

  • All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
  • Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country. The cost will be displayed during checkout once your products and address have been entered.
  • Estimated delivery times: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

      Taxes and Duties for International Orders:

      • Please be aware that Lash Jungle is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package leaves our facility.
      • These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
      • For more information on customs policies, we recommend contacting your local postal or customs office.

      Lost, Misplaced, or Stolen Parcels

      • Once your purchase has been lodged with the eligible shipping carrier, Lash Jungle is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels. For any problems or inquiries, contact Australia Post or DHL Express customer service for faster and more precise assistance.

      Store Pickup

      • Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup at this time.
