Delivery Information
We are dedicated to ensuring that your experience with us is seamless and enjoyable, especially when it comes to shipping. That's why we have partnered with Australia Post to provide you with the best delivery experience possible.
Daily Cut-off Time
If you place an order before the cut-off time of 12pm (AEST), it will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding VIC public holidays.
Domestic Orders (Australia)
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne. Please note that store pickup is not available.
Shipping Time (after dispatch):
- Express: 1–3 business days
- Standard: 3–6 business days
Orders over $200 AUD qualify for free express shipping.
*Exception: Due to their weight, the express shipping option is unavailable for LED Lash Lights and selected furniture. Please select the standard shipping option at checkout.
Lost, Misplaced, or Stolen Parcels
After your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lash Jungle is not liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels. For assistance with such issues, we recommend reaching out directly to Australia Post or DHL Express customer service for quicker and more accurate support.

Store Pickup
Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup at this time.
