LOCAL PICK UP
For those Melbourne lash artists who need supplies ASAP, pickup is now available for a limited time!
We are conveniently located just off Chapel Street in Windsor VIC. Pickup is available from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
After placing your order, simply send a text message to 0431 611 280 - at least 3 hours in advance with your order number, name, and the time you wish to collect your order. We will have your order ready for you when you arrive!
We have partnered with Australia Post to provide you with the best delivery experience possible. All orders will be dispatched either on the same day or the next business day from the time you place your order.
Our warehouse processes orders Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Please see below for estimated shipping times:
Standard Shipping: 3 - 10 business days
Express Shipping: 1 - 3 business days
- Orders over $150 will have Free Standard Shipping.
- Orders over $250 will have Free Express Shipping.
Orders under $150 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and total weight. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
We currently only ship to New Zealand due to the COVID-19 situation and resulting delays.
Shipping rates vary depending on what country we are shipping to. The cost will display during checkout once your products and address has been input.

Taxes and Duties for International Orders
Please note Lash Jungle is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you need more information, please contact your local postal or customs office. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
