How to Use (Salon Use):
1. Ensure the eye area is clean and dry.
2. Ask your client to look up, then carefully place the pads on the lower lash line, covering all lower lashes. Use lash tape if needed.
3. Once the eyes are closed, adjust the pads to ensure they are positioned comfortably.
4. Dispose of the pads after use.
How to Use (Home Care):
1. Gently apply the pads under the eyes on a clean face.
2. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.
3. Remove and massage any residue into the skin. Pro tip: Chill the pads in the fridge before use to reduce puffiness further.

When will my order be shipped?
If you place an order before the cut-off time (12pm AEST), it will be processed and shipped that same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays) from our warehouse in Melbourne.
How long will my shipment take to arrive?
Domestic orders (AUS) are shipped via express post and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.
