Shipping information
When will my order be shipped?
If you place an order before the cut-off time (12pm AEST), it will be processed and shipped that same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays) from our warehouse in Melbourne.
How long will my shipment take to arrive?
Domestic orders (AUS) are shipped via express post and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.

highly recommend buying the trays in separate lengths rather than mixed. they will last you longer in the long run. I found i was running out of the shorter lengths or 10/11mm before i was running out of anything else. I love that Lash Jungle gives you the option to buy an entire tray in one length.
highly recommend. I have recently purchased the 6d trays in separate lengths, and although this was a bigger expense to start with, i can already see how much this is going to benefit me.
