Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy which commences on the day you received the item
If a product is damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
For returns, you may send a message on contact us page or an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns'. Please include the following: Your Order Number, Full Name and Reason for the return.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items.
To be eligible for a return under our Change of Mind policy, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and returned to us at your own cost.
For Change of Mind returns, please attach a photo to confirm the item’s condition. To return damaged or faulty goods, please attach a photo evidencing any faults with the item you received.
Once your email is received, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send returned goods. We strongly recommend you to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When the returned item is received and inspected, please expect an email from us notifying you about the status of the refund.
As soon as a refund is approved, a credit will then be applied automatically to the customer's credit card or via the original payment method shortly after.
