Pro Tip: Start by applying a tiny bit of glue balm directly onto the silicone rod or shield, before attaching the lashes. Using the Alba brush, begin attaching at the root and work your way up. Ensure to work section by section, for lash separation and straight placement.
When using this balm, you may need to add 1-2 minutes to your usual processing time for Step 1 and Step 2 cream.
When will my order be shipped?
If you place an order before the cut-off time (12pm AEST), it will be processed and shipped that same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays) from our warehouse in Melbourne.
How long will my shipment take to arrive?
Domestic orders (AUS) are shipped via express post and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.
