When will my order be shipped?
If you place an order before the cut-off time (12pm AEST), it will be processed and shipped that same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays) from our warehouse in Melbourne.
How long will my shipment take to arrive?
Domestic orders (AUS) are shipped via express post and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Let me say just one thing - I’ve never had a lash tile storage box that is so big! I’ve only ever been able to store 3-5 tiles in one box, and the boxes are always quite plain and cheap. These boxes are a beautiful marble finish, feel heavy and high quality, the tiles slide in and out seamlessly, and fit strips of premades and classics on them perfectly! Don’t know what I did before this box, honestly. Now all of my tiles are in the one place, they look beautiful, and I save so much space on my trolley! Couples so well with the matching marble trolley organiser too!
