When will my order be shipped?
If you place an order before the cut-off time (12pm AEST), it will be processed and shipped that same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays) from our warehouse in Melbourne.
How long will my shipment take to arrive?
Domestic orders (AUS) are shipped via express post and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.

I’m so obsessed and in love with these new NOIR narrow fans! They are super easy to use and the packaging just makes it even easier. My client didn’t have very full lashes, yet these fans still made the final look so full and beautiful.
OK!… Can we talk about these lashes?! Absolutely stunning 😍 I bought (2) of the 8D Narrow fans (mix) because I thought I may not have enough with just the one box but BABY, three rows of each size did not disappoint. Love the packaging, super aesthetic and sleek. The fans themselves are dark and bold, which is great because you really don’t see that a lot with promades, and I really appreciated that the sticky pad didn’t interfere with picking them up off the strip. 10 out of 10. She is GIVING Beautiful dark lash lines and fullness!
